1. We ship Regular USPS, tracking # is provided

2. We charge a custom digital design fee, unless customer Provides vector file (we don't resell customer's logos, ever)

3. We take orders Via our website, kik, Etsy, storeenvy, inselly, Or E-mail. We don't post prices unless it's a flash sale or its on our site already.

4. Please read your invoices, please ask ?s before paying.

5. No returns, exchanges, reimbursements. These are custom personalized items.

6. We provide quotes within 24 hours, business days only.

7. We don't laser metal

8. Design and dimensions  will be as close as possible to your request. 
9. Invoices must be paid within 24 hours. Unless otherwise discussed. 
10. Cancellation fee: Covers digital design, quote, invoice and any spent labor time.

11. Packages are always  wrapped and may come with recycled materials, bubble wrap or tissue paper for protection of items.

12. We are not responsible for Lost or broken items you can purchase insurance, USPS will be responsible to reimburse you.

13. Free gift with every purchase, (at our discretion) except on sale or giveaway items, sometimes we can't provide one if inventory is low or we provide more than 1 free item. 
14. We offer free pickup at JJ's Thrift store in Orange, we no longer provide free delivery in surrounding 0C areas.

15. We don't share trade secrets, vendor names, or designs that would devalue our product.

16. Our designs are original, any resemblance to others is not our intention.

17. we don't take or make phone calls, we document all conversations regarding designs on paper.

18. Giveaways. winner pays shipping, or can pickup for free.
19. We reserve our right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.

20. shipping is only once a week on Friday or Saturday, unless rush and Priority shipping is purchased.
